Ordering Policies
Thank you for choosing Valhalla! We hope you have found what you are looking for and are happy you have looked into our ordering info. There are several things to know when ordering from us!
- Your financial information is important to us! We personally process every transaction and are happy to use Paypal and Interac at your request.
- Product failure - please inform us immediately of an postal damage or faulty products. We carry postal insurance and we would love to exchange your item as soon as possible if it is faulty. If your purchase has a manufacture's fault you must report it to us within 30 days of purchase for full exchange. Items obviously worn heavily or tampered with will be returned collect.
- Shipping - All of our shipping costs are quoted as MAXIMUMS. We will charge you what it costs US. You may not have to pay that amount, especially on more than one item. When purchasing multiple items the highest shipping amount will be the only one
American Customers
We are very happy to serve you as well! Please know that we will only accept Paypal transactions due to cross border credit card complications and charges! Unfortunately 3% will be added to your order to cover Paypal charges. At your request we will ship ASAP from Canada but you will have to pay Canada Post price which maybe 2 or 3 times the suggested shipping and it could take 2-3 weeks thanks to the postal service! However, since we travel to and from the border every week or so we may ship your item from the US. Then you will pay USPS prices (similar to Canadian prices listed) and likely receive the item sooner!
